Located in the beautiful kovalam light house beach in gods own country kerala.
The hotel started out their venture in 1993 with one mission ahead, to serve their guests with dignity and respect and to give them the most extra ordinary experience in kerala .
The venture being a pure family business concentrated on customer satisfaction
and customer retention , fourteen years in the business made the hotel in to one
reputed brand among their customers by extending their warm and friendly relationship with them.
The hotel follows fair trade practice , all the services offered by the hotel is reasonably
priced based on fair trade practice.
Management
Established in 1993 by Mrs. Shirley Mary koshy , a warm and friendly person , managed to work through all these years in creating a reputation of her own .
Rather than creating a customer base she developed warm friendship with all the guests making them lifelong friends of hers. In 2006 her son Mr. Sambath c koshy a management graduate joined her in her quest to become one of the reputed, reliable brands in tourism industry. This youngster became the visionary of the hotel. The introduction of young blood led to wider vision for the business. The family recognized that the hotel was not just a business for them rather a service too.
By the end of 2006 a branding campaign was undertaken indicating the expansion of the business . Shirleysbeach was becoming a brand slowly by word of mouth through satisfied customers, they became our brand ambassadors. The vision of this family to serve and to develop Shirleysbeach in to a reputed brand has been ever since.
Mission and vision
The primary mission of the hotel is to provide the best facility and service for the guest at reasonable rates and to act as a facilitator in providing resources to make the stay a memorable one. The vision of the group was always been in terms of the reputation they created rather than the monetary benefits they earned.
